Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what is needed to create your reservation and deliver it: passenger names as on the passport, travel dates and route, the visa you are applying for, and your email and WhatsApp number. We do not ask for passport numbers, scans or dates of birth.

Where it goes

• To the airline or hotel, to create the booking in your name.
• To the UPI app or bank you pay from, when you use the payment link or QR we send. We never see card details.
• To our own email and WhatsApp, so a team member can fulfil the order.

What we do not do

• We do not run a customer database. Order details live in the payment record and in our inbox.
• We do not sell, share or use your data for marketing.
• We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Deletion

Email info@lifesetoverseas.com with your order reference and we delete the order emails and messages within 7 days. Payment records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.
