Match your accommodation to your itinerary
Work through your trip night by night. A departure late at night can mean arriving the next day, so your hotel check-in date may differ from your flight departure date. If you will visit several cities, tell the desk which nights belong to each stop before you pay. Do not submit contradictory dates across your documents.
What to check on your hotel voucher
Review the hotel name, address, booking reference, check-in and check-out dates and guest names. Confirm that every traveller who needs accommodation evidence is represented correctly. Keep any validity and cancellation instructions supplied with your booking; the PDF should be read together with those details.
Information we need
Prepare the destination city, intended stay dates and names of the guests as they appear on their passports. Use an email address and WhatsApp number where the desk can reach you. For several destinations, unusual arrival times or specific property requests, ask the desk to confirm the arrangements before ordering.
Hotel only or flight and hotel together?
Hotel booking starts at ₹253 + 18% GST for the first traveller. If you need both documents, Flight + Hotel starts at ₹508 + GST. The combined service checks that travel and stay dates agree. Choose only the documents your application needs; additional travellers and optional validity extensions are shown separately.
Does the reservation pay for my stay?
The service fee is for arranging the reservation documentation. It is not payment for the accommodation itself. Before travelling, confirm the actual stay arrangements and the property’s payment and cancellation conditions. Do not assume a document prepared for an application can be used indefinitely for check-in.
If your plans change
Tell the desk promptly and include your order reference, old dates and new dates. Changes after a document has been issued can require a new reservation. Review the refund policy before ordering, and contact the team if your booking reference cannot be verified during its stated validity.
