How to verify your airline PNR before submitting an itinerary

Use the airline’s official Manage booking page, enter the booking reference and traveller’s surname, then compare the displayed journey with your document. Check while the reservation is within its stated validity period.
1. Find the airline’s official booking page
Use the airline named on the reservation. Navigate to its official website and look for Manage booking, My bookings or a similar section. Avoid entering personal details into an unfamiliar third-party checker. Our homepage includes links to commonly used airline websites to help you find the right starting point.
2. Enter the reference and surname carefully
Copy the PNR from the itinerary and use the surname exactly as shown on the reservation. Check similar-looking characters and unintended spaces. An order reference issued by our desk is different from the airline PNR: use the airline reference for the lookup and the desk reference when contacting support.
3. Compare the booking with your document
Read the passenger names, airports and travel dates. A successful lookup confirms the reservation is visible at the time you check; it does not mean the airfare has been paid. A held reservation and an issued airline ticket serve different purposes. Our reservation document is not valid for boarding.
If the PNR does not appear
Recheck the airline, spelling and validity window first. If the reference still does not work, send the desk your order reference and a description of the error. Do not repeatedly alter the name or assume that an unchanged PDF proves an active booking. The desk can investigate and explain the correction, reissue or refund options covered by the policy.
Check again when it matters
Reservations are temporary. Save the validity details supplied with your document and check the booking again before you use it. If your appointment moves, contact the desk to discuss timing. A successful lookup today cannot guarantee that the same reservation will remain active after its hold expires.
